By the time we decided to move from the Midwest to the St. George area we had spent almost two years researching potential communities on Zillow. We were sold on the area but lived over 1000 miles away, had no local knowledge, and very little time to spend here before making a decision. Fortunately, we met Todd through a referral from a home finance contact we'd made. We talked to him on the phone, sent him links to Zillow homes we liked for style or location, and scheduled a quick trip out. By the time we got here, he'd assessed the information we sent and the thought he put into it was clear. Every home and neighborhood had potential and mapped to our expectations and questions. Every discussion and location helped us improve our expectations and narrow the search. We enjoyed every minute we spent with him because there was no pressure or hard selling. He was our consultant and project partner. Ultimately, we decided to build a home and trusted Todd's judgement implicitly as he shifted his efforts to being our local negotiator and representation for the property and construction while we wrapped things up back in the Midwest. Start to finish, this was easily the best experience we've ever had buying or building a home. We've been in our new home for a month and wouldn't change a thing if we could do it over. We can honestly say Todd's efforts were the biggest part of that successful conclusion. Todd is a consummate professional and difference maker with a great consultative process and work ethic you just have to admire. We recommend him highly and can't thank him enough.

We listed our home with Todd and on the first day we had 3 offers. Todd negotiated between the 3 and ended up getting more than asking price. We had a few things to fix and Todd got us in contact with the appropriate people making the whole process very easy. We then built a home and Todd helped us from design to the final walk thru. He contributed several ideas that we had not thought of and did regular inspections as it was being built. He did negotiations with the builder and saved us money along with taking some of the stress off! We could not be happier with all that Todd has done.

We have bought and sold many houses during our life span, but we have never had a realtor that has done a better job for us than Todd Carpenter! He is outstanding in every way! Professional, friendly, efficient, honest, always goes the extra mile and then some! He makes it so easy to buy or sell a home. He has fantastic follow through--always makes sure that you are aware of critical points and dates in your contract. We have recommended him to our closest friends and he has exceeded their expectations, as well as ours. We give the highest review of Todd, with complete confidence! You'd be lucky to have him as your realtor!

I was choosing an agent when Todd and I “interviewed”. When I asked him about his experience He said “this is what I do all day, every day. I drive around this valley every day finding new listings, newer communities and showing houses. I know this market.” His confidence in what he knows gave us confidence in him and he certainly did NOT disappoint! He always responded to my texts and calls and caught on quickly to my particular wants, needs and “style”. He “did his homework” -Even going back a month to older mls listings and investigating properties he felt I’d be interested in- which is where we found a hidden treasure- a new build with a fabulous view of pine mountain that became my new home! He negotiated well for me with the builders agent and kept me informed about the progress as it happened. I love my new home! Would I recommend Todd Carpenter? That’s A definite YES!!

Bill was easy to work with and kept the communication going. When the sale of our home or the purchase of our new home seemed to come to a roadblock, he was there helping us with options. I really like the way he listened to our thoughts and comments on the houses we looked at, before offering us his thoughts. He seems quite knowledgeable with the real estate market, and it was fun working with him.

I've worked with Bill on a couple of different real estate transactions. He is incredibly organized, a good negotiator and fair in his offers but also expectations. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for any real estate in Southern Nevada. He also has great connections to people in the area if you are looking for something very niche. He helped me find a good trust attorney and water right resources. Even if you aren't looking for a house right this minute you should give him a call and have him send you updates. That way when you are ready to purchase, you'll have good ideas on what the market is actually doing instead of what the outdated data says from public access sites. He started out as just our realtor and ended up being a friend too.

There are so many great things I can say about Bill, but one word is probably the best "Amazing"! From the moment that we met with him, through closing and even until today...he's been on point. He kept us in the loop the whole way and is very transparent and personable. I believe if not for his ability to think outside of the box, we may not have our beautiful home today. We've only known Bill for about a month and a half, but we're friends now. He's one of the good ones all the way around!

Bill was outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond for us, and truly is one of the nicest guys you could meet! We will absolutely use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
